Gemstones is a fruit slot machine simulation game that actually has little to offer. The game can be downloaded or played online with no difference whatsoever.

You start with 30 plays to make and no money, and as you play you earn or lose money. You win only when you get three same objects in line, and there are no combinations, so it is very difficult to win. Once in a while you are given the hold option, with which you can select the columns you wish to maintain and roll the remaining ones. Some of the symbols have gems, and if you happen to get three gems in line, you are awarded by a skill stop, which gives you a chance to win some money randomly by pressing the 'skill stop' button.

The controls are simple: you just use the mouse to press the buttons. The user interface is not very attractive and does not provide any sound or music options. It offers only one game mode and it is always the same, so after a while it turns out to be extremely boring. You won't have to think in this game, since everything here has to do with luck. I'd say Gemstones is a game intended only for those slot machine lovers or addicts, who are eager to waste time with this useless and boring game.
